Oil & Butter Application Steps

Beard Oil

Our oil is formulated with a blend of natural Jojoba, Argan, Grapeseed, and vitamin E oils at a ratio that we find most beneficial for the skin under the beard.  The oil blend is medium to light, non-greasy and absorbs quickly into the skin. Dab some oil into the palm of your hand. Dip the fingertips of your other hand into the oil and then massage the oil into the skin under your beard using your oiled up fingertips.  After oil application, use a beard brush and brush through the beard with enough pressure that the bristles reach the skin under your beard. This will spread the oil more evenly. Then wait a few minutes for the oil to absorb into the skin and proceed to apply liquid butter to beard hair.

Liquid Beard Butter

Our liquid beard butter is formulated with a blend of natural liquid shea butter and a mixture of natural meadowfoam seed, fractionated coconut, avocado, sweet almond, and vitamin E oils that is extremely beneficial for the beard hair. Being already in liquid form, there is no potential for melting and solidifying again resulting in the dreaded grainy texture we’ve all dealt with at some point with solid butters.  This liquid butter absorbs into the hair and leaves it soft and conditioned. It’s not heavy or tacky like solid butters can be. After beard oil is applied following the steps above, pour some liquid butter into your palm. Rub your hands together then rub the butter all throughout your beard hair. Once the liquid butter is spread throughout the beard, use a wooden or other static-free type beard comb to style the beard as desired.
